Steel Pop Rivet

Steel body, steel nails

Steel Rivet, ST series

Although it has the same advantages as the standard pop wig, it is the rivet variant that provides a much stronger assembly because it is composed of completely steel. Steel Pop rivet is the most economical method for combining metal parts in a durable and robust way. In the special fully automatic auxiliary presses, the rivets shaped with a cold method provide a robust connection point and provide an aesthetic appearance on the combined surface.

When using Pop rivets, they are also called "blind rivets" because they can be processed without seeing the back side of the material to be merged.

Main features:-the possibility of mounting the material only in one direction,-wide diameter option,-after riveting process, does not distort the rivet surface,-resistance to temperature variations,-exposure to dynamic stresses such as vibration Relaxed, fast, simple and high quality defragmentation,-combining process is environmentally friendly and does not scatter dust, particles, parts that risk occupational safety during the riveting process.
